How does it work?
   
A simple call to our centralised Call Center triggers our emergency procedure. A preliminary diagnosis is made over the phone to determine how se- rious the breakdown is. An assistance team with its pre-equipped vehicle is dispatched to the breakdown site.

In the event of an accident or breakdown leading to prolonged immobilisation of your vehicle, a replacement vehicle is rapidly sent out, with our truck specially fitted to carry a replacement vehicle and take back the defective vehicle.

All the repairs or operations required to ensure your vehicle functions properly are carried out in our workshops or in one of our approved third-party suppliers, right through the chain: bodywork, painting, repair or replacement of mechanical parts (engine, gear box, transmission, chassis), with the constant guarantee of optimal service.
